Green T120 heavy cut foam has a solid construction; it fast removes deep scratches, overspray, 1200/1500# sanding disc marks, and heavy oxidation. Cuts like a wool pad and leaves a high gloss finish. Applicable for scratch-resistant and high solid ceramic paints.

T80 Yellow Medium Cut Polishing Pad

Designed for both Rotary & DA polishing

Yellow T80 high cut foam has an intensive cutting action that will remove deep scratches, overspray, severe swirl marks, 1500 sanding disc marks, and heavy oxidation when used in conjunction with heavy polishing compounds.

T60 Orange Medium Cut Polishing Pad

Blue T40 foam is universal and multi-purpose, it has a light cutting action, and will remove scratches and swirl marks while leaving a level and smooth surface, can be used in conjunction with heavy polishing compounds or micro-fine compounds.

T20 Red Finishing Polishing Pad

Red T20 foam has very light cleaning action for removal of ultra-fine swirl marks, car wash scratches, and hazing, leaving a swirl-free gloss finish when used in conjunction with finishing polishes.

POLISHING PADS APPLICATION

• Clean pads frequently during use with compressed air, a vacuum, or SPTA pad conditional brush tool to maintain consistent performance.

• Do not over-saturate the pad with compound. Too much compound can lead to diminished performance.

• Clean with warm water and a mild soap after finishing work, rinse completely to remove residues. Air dry will avoid solvent-based compound and cleaner remains and protect the foam's cell structure.
