Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How to use:
1. Create your project
2. Cut with the glitter side down and the duller back of the white htv vinyl facing up.
3. Peel away the additional vinyl, leaving your design on the carrier sheet
4. Apply the design to your t-shirt with a heat press at 305-320 for 10-15 seconds, if you use a home iron, press it with firm pressure
5. Peel the cold carrier sheet, if the design areas lift after application, do step 4 again.
Tips:
Do not use nylon, velvet, acrylic fabrics, leather, vinyl which will melt and ruin the material.
Hand wash the fabric gently with mild detergent. Wait 24 hours after application to wash.
Quickly and easily apply heat transfer vinyl to fabric using a hot iron or heat press;
We recommend using COTTON, POLYESTER, COTTON/POLYESTER BLENDS, LYCRA fabric for best performance.
Works on regular fabric as well as KNIT TYPE fabric.

Application Instructions (IRON HOME):
1. Adjust the iron selector between wool and cotton
2. Cover the project with a sheet of sheet metal (heat resistant sheet metal)
3. Place on a hard, flat surface (ironing board not recommended)
4. Press the iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide the iron)
5. Press each section of the project for 10-15 seconds, apply the project at 305°F
6. If the project area lifts after application, apply the cover sheet and repress for 10-15 seconds.
7. Cold Carrier Peel
8. Cover finished project and press for 5-10 seconds
