How does it work?
During sleep, our muscles relax. This results in the base of the tongue moving closer to the soft palate and soft tissue at the back of the throat, narrowing the airway. In non-snorers, this does not cause any problems. In snorers, the airway becomes so restricted that breathing becomes noisy. A mouth guard corrects this problem by holding the snorer's jaw slightly forward. Because the tongue is attached to the lower jaw, this opens the airway and restores quiet breathing.

How to use
The first step is to adjust the apnea snore stopper so that it fits snugly into your mouth and jaw. This is easily done by softening the apnea snore stopper in warm water and then placing it in your mouth and molding it to fit your teeth. After that, you put it in your mouth every night before going to sleep, and take it out every morning. It will need occasional cleaning. Instruction:
1. Insert the blue handle into the breathing hole of the tray and then place it in the container.
2. Pour hot water (about 70-80 degrees C) into the container until the tray is submerged.
3. Keep the tray in the water for approximately 15-25 seconds, and then remove the tray using the insert handle.
4. Gently shake off excess water and insert the mouth tray into your mouth. Adjust the tray to a comfortable position and then bite down, using your fingers on the tray around the front and sides to make a good mold of your teeth and gum shape.
5. Remove the tray once you feel that all your teeth have left good impressions on it.
6. Place the molded tray in cold water to secure your anti-snoring tray and remove the insert handle.
