Q1: May i Know what is difference for 3in1 1600X 0.3MPX version and 3in1 1600X 200MPX version and USB 1600X 0.3MP?

2. This device only supports Android mobile phones with OTG function and UVC function.Please confirm whether the mobile phone supports OTG and checkwhether the OTG function of the mobile phone is turned on.

3. The camera button on the product can only be used on the software"ViewPlayCap", other software cannot be used.

4. This equipment is a combination of digital microscope and opticalmicroscope.The specific magnification effect is subject to the actuapicture taken.

Q2: l just got it and connected it to my computer, it looks like the camera button doesn't work?

A2: The camera button on the product can only be used on the software"ViewPlayCap",other software cannot be used.

Q3: Why is the image very blurry when viewing?

A3: 1. Have you adjusted the microscope to the best observation distance?You can adjust the focus by slowly rotating the focusing wheel left and right to achieve the clearest state.

2. Whether to open the dust cover in front of the lens.

Q4: What is the reason for the unmoving black patches displayed on the screen when using the device to watch?

A4: Due to some reasons, dust has entered, You can try to tap the product to see if the dust can be knocked out. lf not, return it to the factory for repair.

Q5: The microscope is connected to the PC, after successfully down loading and opening the software, there is no image.

A5:1.Reconnect the microscope and PC side.

2.Connect to the USB port on the back of the computer host.

Q6: After the device is successfully connected, what is the reason why the LED light does not light up and the display has no image?

A6: 1. Confirm whether the light is turned off.

2. Reconnect the microscope to the computer or mobile phone.

3. Check whether the OTG function is turned on in the phone settings.

Q7: After the device is successfully connected, the LED light is on and thephone has no image. What is the reason?

A7: The mobile phone has OTG function, but without UVC image protocol,the microscope does not support this mobile phone.

A8: No, it cannot record sound.
