Green T120 heavy cut foam is in solid construction, it fast removes the deep scratches, over spray, 1200/1500# sanding disc marks, and heavy oxidation.Cut like wool pad and leave high gloss finish.Applicable for scratch resistant and high solid ceramic paints.

T80 Yellow Medium Cut Polishing Pad

Yellow T80 high cut foam has an intensive cutting action that will remove deep scratches, over spray, severe swirl marks, 1500 sanding disc marks, and heavy oxidation when used in conjunction with heavy polishing compounds.

Blue T40 foam is universal and multi-purpose, it has a light cutting action, and . will remove scratches and swirl marks while leaving a level and smooth surface, can be used in conjunction with heavy polishing compounds or micro-fine compounds.

T20 Red Finishing Polishing Pad

Red T20 foam has very light cleaning action for removal of ultra-fine swirl marks, car wash scratches, and hazing, leaving a swirl-free gloss finish when used in conjunction with finishing polishes.

Surface honeycomb design

The surface of the sponge has a honeycomb groove design, which can store excess polishing agent and replenish the amount in time during use.

This design can reduce the surface temperature of the sponge and avoid burnt paint.

POLISHING PADS APPLICATION

• Clean pads frequently during use with compressed air, a vacuum,or SPTA pad conditional brush tool to maintain consistent performance.

• Do not over-saturate the pad with compound.Too Much compound can lead to diminished performance.

• Clean with warm water and a mild soap after finishinq working, rinse totally to remove residues. Dry in air will avoidsolvent-based compound and cleaner remains and protect the foams cell structure.
